Richard and Melissa Bryan are owners of BBH Properties and have extensive experience in property investment and development, in both residential and commercial sectors.
Richard Bryan
Managing Director
Richard Bryan started BBH Properties in 2009 after a 15 year career in the automotive business where he was used to dealing with a mixed portfolio of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
Richard is the fourth generation of the Bryan family to be Managing Director of Bryan Brothers Holdings Limited which was founded by his great-grandfather in 1913. He is also a leadership speaker, author and coach to business owners and senior executives.
Melissa Bryan
Director
Melissa Bryan has been a Director of BBH Properties since it started in 2009.
Melissa has a background in mortgage finance with Key Bank in the US and takes an active role in identifying strategic property opportunities as well as arranging the finance for development projects.
Katie Moss
PA to Managing DIrector
Katie is a highly experienced PA and has been working with BBH for almost three years. She manages all day to day enquires and liaises with contractors and legal professionals through the property development and acquisitions process.
Katie leads our Residential Purchases programme. She works with her extensive network of professional contacts to help individuals and families in financial distress who are looking to quickly sell their residential properties.
